Danny MacAskill: Lezyne video
Using his new Lezyne Engineering tools, Danny MacAskill re-visits his
old job, in the workshop of MacDonalds Cycles in Edinburgh Scotland and
chats over his rise to success and how life has changed. Featuring some
new street trials content filmed exclusively for Lezyne by Cut Media's
Stu Thomson in the streets of Edinburgh. Danny also takes a mountain
bike ride high on to Dumyat in Trossachs hills in Central Scotland and
talks over his love for mountain biking.
Luke Fulton - Island Grown - Video
Island Grown is a project Luke and I have been working on for the past
four months. Filmed exclusively on Vancouver Island, Luke built the
majority of stuff in this edit. Between him working and me going to
school we didn't have much spare time to build and shoot. It was a grind
to get this finished; there were times when we were up in the bush
building at night with headlamps on. It feels great to finally have
Island Grown done. Thanks to everyone who helped us make this happen.
Luke would like to thank his sponsors for their great support: Cove Bikes, Smith Optics, Geax Tires, Dakine, Vans, Marty's Mountain Cycle, and Sombrio.

Coastal Crew and SCOTT Part Ways
It was a good run...
After many years of riding, filming and fun times with SCOTT Sports the Coastal Crew will move on. We at Scott are sad to say that it is over but, it was a good run.
Kyle Norbratten from the Coastal Crew reflects on his time at SCOTT Sports, “I have had a great time aboard SCOTT bikes. The first time I visited Switzerland to ride, I created a new friendship with Ben Walker, and from there I began growing a relationship with SCOTT without even knowing it. As I progressed with them, the Coastal Crew became more defined as well, with first Dylan and then Curtis getting on board the bikes too. We (The Coastal Crew) were able to accomplish many of our goals with the backing of SCOTT, but like most great things, this too has come to end. We have many great memories to look back on and are happy to continue friendships that extend beyond the boundaries of business. We thank SCOTT Sports for all the support they have provided us, and wish them all the best. It’s been a great run!!”
Ben Walker fondly remembers the beginnings, “From the first year meeting Kyle in Champéry before he was part of the Crew, to watching their segments in the Kranked movies, and now with the release of their first feature film, I am truly proud of everything they have accomplished. Watching them grow from a dream to a fully respected reality has been better than I could ever have imagined. My hat is off to the Coastal Crew! You guys have made it, and what you express through your films really touches me as a rider. We wish you the best!”
Adrian Montgomery added, "Very early on we recognized the talent and uniqueness of The Coastal Crew. There were very few groups of Freeriders that displayed the sense of comaraderie among Freeriders and the group participation elements while capturing it all on video. We're satisfied with the time we spent with them, and we look forward to scouting new talent that can step up and be a part of our Team."
The Crew’s next move is still under wraps, but it will be announced very soon.
We leave you with this last edit from the Coastal Crew on SCOTT bikes.

Bernard Kerr in Sicily
Let’s see how Bernard manages to taste a granita at the Bar Vitelli, the very place Francis Ford Coppola chose to film some scenes for his Godfather trilogy, buy the best fish of his life at the bloody fish market of Catania, ride the forest on the slopes of Europe’s highest active volcano and winter-swim the clear waters of the Mediterranean sea with just a few € in his pocket.
About Bernard Kerr
Bernard has been riding bikes for 10 years, loved it from the start and loves it even more now!
He got into biking because his cousin Joe came down to Surrey and showed him the way. He’s been the national 4x champion 3 times, junior national DH champion and junior European DH champion!
About the MET “on a shoestring” video series The ON A SHOESTRING video series certainly isn’t a travel guide, it is not about MTB racing either. It's about people and culture. But primarily it’s about having fun riding some of the best spots in the world!

Saykogel - Adventure Video
Ötztal, Austria, is located close to Innsbruck on the South side of the
river Inn. Being 60km long it is the longest of the Inn side valleys.
The valley itself has many more side tributaries and hanging valleys
which make the whole area a great wilderness location for mountain
biking, climbing, kayaking and skiing. Closest airports are either
Innsbruck or Munich, with the latter having better connections.
The following video and pictures I took in September 2011 with Johannes Pistrol and Fabian Gleitsmann. It shows an incredible high mountain “bikebergsteigen” loop that we did at the end of the Ötztal valley, above Vent. The short story is written by me and is from the camera man's perspective. I'd also like to thank EVOC, Norrona, Schwalbe and Platzangst for supporting our adventure in the mountains that day.

2011 Full Length Season Video - Gotta Get Out!
Biking is the key to exploration, meeting new people and having good
times. Many people limit themselves the true experience by confine
themselves to the one skate park, the one set of dirt jumps, or the one
favorite trail, being afraid to leave their comfort zone. But bikes are
the masterpieces created for exploration and pushing the limits. This
movie is just that. Leaving our usual zones we find new places to ride,
new tricks to execute, and good times to be had. Im always up for
something different as a filmer and rider.
Gotta Get Out
/DREAM/ In this part we present our sponsors in an original way because
without them our dream wouldn't be possible.
/RIDE/ follow the team in DH/FR training
/SHARE/ we built a bike, we brought goods and we gave it to less
fortunate kids who live near an amazing bike park in South Africa.
